Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled at any time before they are shipped.
If you’ve already paid and need to make changes or cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing it at support@thefampet.com.
Once your order is packed or shipped, we can no longer process cancellations.
Processing Time
We ship directly from multiple warehouses.
- U.S. orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday).
- International orders generally ship within 3–5 business days (Monday–Friday).
Please note:
- During high-volume periods, processing may be delayed slightly.
- If there is a significant delay with your order, we will notify you via email.
Rates & Delivery Estimates
We offer free standard shipping on all orders worldwide. Shipping times vary depending on your location:

- United States: Standard: 2–7 business days
- United Kingdom: Standard: 6–13 business days
- Canada: Standard: 6–14 business days
- Australia: Standard: 6–14 business days
- Sweden / Germany / Rest of EU: Standard: 8–12 business days

Note: Delivery delays may occur due to weather events, customs delays, or other factors beyond our control.
Confirmation & Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track the status of your order at any time through the link provided.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
The Fam Pet is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
If you receive damaged merchandise, please take a picture and email us the picture at returns@thefampet.com right away. We will be happy to send a replacement if your claim is approved.
